It does not give a lot of detail on this picture but it does say that Councillor Beasley (Canvey Councillor) takes of from Canvey in a Globe helicopter to London. No date given and no reason given. The bottom is a great photo of Canvey. I would guess 60s/70s. Brian Beasley was Chairman of the Council in 1971.
Its looking north with the water tower on the hill. But where was it taken and when? Please comment below.
