Safe at last

Today Janet Walden and myself delivered the rather tired and battered looking Frederick Hester photo to the Essex Record office where Allyson Lewis, one of the Archivists, took custody.

Whatever happens from now on whether they repair the photo or not it will be kept in safe conditions to stop any further deterioration. The photo is still under our control but officially on loan to the ERO.
