The footballer is Bobby Howe of West Ham. Brian Hills was the manager when I played between 1969 and 1971 (under 11/ 12/ and 13s) when it was called Newlands. His brother Les also managed.
I remember Brian and Les very well, Dave Scarfe was also involved with the club back in late 60’s – early70’s when I played. I remember the infamous tour to europe when all hell broke loose in Valkenburg.

I used to play for hills and kings back in 72, I remember that kit! in fact i thought it was us lot!! ill dig out my old pics and post them. My manager was Charlei Barden.
My old team mates were,
