In 1994 Joan and Geoff Lythgo acquired a unit in Charfleets which was to become the HQ for BOPH. (Business Opportunities for the Physically Handicapped)
The unit I understand was a mess and full of stuff. (Some I believe was old for sale signs if my memory does not deceive me. My son and his friend helped to empty out the unit.)
Here the unit is empty, ready for the next stage of development into the HQ we know today.
