Gary says this is the old metal pill box – bell type which was on the corner at the Lobster Smack. We do have another photo of it somewhere on the archive.

I can remember this pill box being there in the 70s, or what was left of it. We used to play in and around it while dad was in the Lobster Smack. I had no idea what it was at the time. We decided it was a Doctor Who Tardist. Wasn’t there when i last visited, some years ago
