This group of rather motley looking characters was taken outside the Red Cow Pub. When exactly we do not know except it was during the time that William White was the licensee.
William White was the licensee of the Red Cow PH from 1899-1914. I believe his death was noted in Dec qtr 1913 but his license was still running in 1914. He was born in West Hanningfield he married Eliza in 1871. His youngest daughter Amelia married Frederick Leach in 1912.
Anyone got any ideas who these people are?
