I thought these photos would be of interest.

The photo of the jumble sale was taken in the back of Longmans shop, it was pouring with rain and RBL committee members were trying to raise money toward the building fund.

I remember that I tried to cheer them all up by playing a wind up Gramaphone which sounded all scratchy thanks to the rain and the age of the record.

Not sure what the occasion was of the other two photos but the poeple in them are all RBL members ofthe  men’s and Women’s section.
