In one photo is george boobyer in another looks like jimmy clark and in another photo is jimmy pier. the others look familiar but dont know their names.Hope this has been of some help.wonder if the pub is the red cow only a guess. One solution might be to get in touch with Rose Sidney, she will ask Husband George ,he will know their names hopefully.

Just to be more specific, in first photo next to Garys brother on right is Jimmy Clark a really nice boy who worked at Neales Bookbinders on the Long Road. Third photo down second on the left is Georgie Boobyer with his then girlfriend sitting next to him, very popular was George. Then Jimmy Pier sitting next to her.Sorry don't know the others names. There must be lots who do, come on everybody let us know who they are. I think it maybe the King Canute pub.As the two Jimmys lived at the Village then.

Picture 1...2nd left Alfie Glocking

Picture 3...2nd left I think it is Norman Boobyer (not George as he did not have curly hair)
