I was born here in 1968. Mum (Leila nee Hollingbery) and Dad (Bruce Turner) we’re living here then. We had stables and the old barn was still standing and we had horses, dogs, cats and I also had a pet sheep called Barney. There used to be a badger sett under the bungalow too with an entrance under my parents bedroom window. Prior to Mum and Dad having it my Grandad Charlie Hollingbery had it and Mum and my aunts kept their horses here.
