The Old Shops in the Village

There was a bakers, fish and chip shop, a butchers and an oil shop.
The old wooden farmhouse behind was where Mr and Mrs Nash lived with their two sons. They had a farm at the back and a greengrocers at the front.

The old butchers was run by Nashes – Robert still runs a store at Jones corner. They previously ran a store on the outside of the Knightswick centre.
I used to live in the blue farm house as a small child with my mum Jenny.
I was about 4 -5 years old , I remember going for dinner at Bob’s house .
