The Paddling Pool

Photo of the paddling pool by the Concord Café. This photo was taken long before the café was built. As you can see there used to be a jetty by the side of the pool. This was called the Pavilion Jetty and was opposite the Pavilion Restaurant. You could catch a boat here for trips round the lighthouse which you can see in the distance. On the other side of the jetty you can just make out the boating pool aka the old pool.

I would think this was taken in the 20s possibly 30s. Any guesses?
