This video is from the same video as the interview with Aubrey Stevens and the street interviews with local residents. It appears to be with a senior member of the Fire Brigade and they are talking about the Methane Terminal and the proximity of housing to the site, what happens when there is a leakage or major incident and what the roles are of the Essex County Council and Port of London Authority should such an incident happen. They also talk about second road and the Occidental site.
We believe it was recorded in 1983 but we do not have any precise knowledge of the organisation which conducted the interview.
