I found this on ebay.
Antique water colour painting unframed.Titled DUTCH COTTAGE dated 1621 CANVEY ISLAND. Signed by M Hodkin 1914. 10.3/4″ wide x 7.1/2″ High. Painting on original artists board, colours are still bright and detail is still very clear and in very good condition.
The seller has kindly let me have a scan to add to the archive. Does the name M. Hodkin mean anything to anyone? If you wish to buy the painting it is currently in the auction on ebay here and thanks to Mike for sending us the scan.
