I was born at Rochford Hospital on 09-05-1959 and was Christened at St Katherine’s, I grew up on Canvey, Tilburg Road then Meadway until we emigrated to South Africa in 1972. I spent a year from 1977 to 1978 back on the island and then returned to SA. Still miss the place and one day I will return.
