Oil City Confidential at the Southend Film Festival

On 30th April 2010, ‘Oil City Confidential’ was shown at Southend-on-Sea’s Palace Theatre as part of the Southend-on-Sea 2010 Film Festival. Guests included Dr Feelgood’s Wilko Johnson & local musician Steve Hooker. Julien Temple’s movie was introduced by Will Burch from the Kursaal Flyers. Before the main film ‘Southend Rock’ was shown which is a film made about the local music scene in the late 1970’s / early 1980’s.
