The 1908 Regatta

There was an annual Regatta in Benfleet Creek for several years in the early 1900s.

Benfleet Community Archive have a page with a lot of detail about the Regatta’s that ran from 1907-1913.

This programme is dated 1908 and the event was called the Benfleet and Canvey Regatta and land sports.
