Ted Etherington

82 year old Ted Etherington paid a visit to our Flood Mural on the seawall this week. He was on a visit from Gloucester to his son’s in Leigh.

Ted’s visit was a little different to the norm and perhaps emotional, because Ted was one of the service men who assisted with the sand bags during the flood. I wonder what memories came back to him as he sat by the mural.
