Lots will be happening on the 1st and 2nd February at the library and Town Council offices. The exhibition will run for the two days. The new plaque to commemorate the 70th Anniversary will be unveiled outside the library by the Lord Lieutenant of Essex Jennifer Tolhurst at 2pm. Everyone is welcome. Wrap up warm it is likely to be cold.

An exhibition of flood photos and stories from Canvey and Holland from the Canvey Community Archive. A film and interactive exhibition from the Essex Record Office.
In the Town Council Offices
The Environment Agency and Canvey Coastwatch.
Outside
Canvey Island Transport Museum will have one of their vintage buses with an exhibition showing the local buses role in the flood evacuation.
