Knightswick Farm in 1913

Southend & Westcliff Graphic (Friday, 8th August 1913)

Knightswick Farm was the venue for an ‘attractive’ Canvey event, according to the Southend and Westcliff Graphic of Friday, 8th August 1913. The actual caption reads:
CANVEY FETE. An attractive Fete and sports were held at Knightswick Farm, Canvey Island, in aid of the Canvey Island Medical Aid Association.  (1) Some of the workers.  (2) Girl Scouts demonstrating first aid.  (3) Mrs. Lowden presenting the prizes.  (“Graphic” photos, mounted copies of which at 6d. and 1s. each, may be obtained on application at the “Graphic” offices).
(Southend & Westcliff Graphic of 8 August 1913 kindly loaned by Mr and Mrs Pedder)

Can anyone identify more of the people? As the top image shows some of the workers, at least 14 people must have been employed on the farm. Compare the rustic image of c.1916, below.
