Kath Danswan, daughter of Phyllis Owens, has sent us in a bundle of photos.
Kath says of this photo:- Mothering Sunday about 1955. I am the little girl with the tartan edged bonnet. Shirley Hulse has her arm around me. It would have been taken in St Katherine’s Village Hall (Old village school) which eventually burnt down. The little boy is cutting a simnal cake.
