William Caton

Here is a picture of my Great Grandfather William Caton standing outside our house in Beach Road. I lived there for a few years with my Mum Gloria when I was little in the late sixties. I remember his beautiful garden, learning about growing vegetables and we always had armfuls of fragrant fresh roses in the house.
Over the back of our fence they had chickens, I don’t remember seeing them but I sure remember the sounds and smells. Happy Memories
