Another charming scene

I have seen this postcard before. It seems to show such a lot with its charming group of children, the Chapman Lighthouse, barges in the distance, the lovely lady perched on the end boat and the concrete barrels from the Ben Mohr that went aground at the turn of the last century spilling its load of barrelled cement.

But what I had not notice before was the lettering painted on the side boat
