I grew up knowing Pete Gosling and his wife Tina. A really lovely couple. Peter became possibly the longest serving window cleaner there has ever been on Canvey. I remember seeing him at impossible and dangerous angles on his ladder. A hard worker and a true gentleman. Privilege knowing you pete and Tina.

Peter Gosling is my uncle. I listened to some of the singles as a teenager in the mid 70’s at my Nan’s house on Handle road. Shakin Postman was my favourite at the time. It can still be found on youtube as i had a listen some months back.
