Hester's Busts
from his Wintergardens project
These two bust are probably the only remaining busts from Hester’s Wintergardens. Reported to have been part of Hester’s Poets Corner, Burns and Shakespeare now resided in the Heritage Centre.
The other two in the gallery below we do not know any details. If you have any knowledge of any busts please comment below or if you have any pictures please upload them.

Someone must have attempted to paint them more recently then, although I’m guessing still a while ago
This was in my great grandmother’s garden – Emily Toyne – (her house was Myribel [Shellbeach road] and the chalet was Chapman View [Keer’s I think]). We have family photograph’s of it (and I remember it well). The chalet was split into 4 holiday homes.
