This is a picture of a Chamber of Trade Dinner lent to us by Phyllis Owens. She is not sure where or when it was taken. Phyllis is on the right hand side nearly out of the picture her husband, Peter is at the front second from right.
Middle back row Sid Alterman and his wife with the Chairman of the council George Blackwell and his wife to their left.
Can anyone name the place or the year. Do you recognise anyone. Please comment below.

Back row 1st left is Rev and Mrs Fleetwood. 5th and 6th I think is Sid and Mrs Alterman
Back row from right I think it may be Mr and Mrs James from Quenbys chemist, next to them looks like the Blackwells possibly Amelia
The chap in the front row middle is almost certainly Mr Owens–Chiropodist of the high street. Lived in Welbeck road also our civilian instructor in 2187 squadron Air training corps.
Peter Owens was already mentioned in the text for the page. He was Phyllis Owens husband.
