The above photo brought back memories for me. The little girl in the centre is my daughter Susan Jones. It was a promotion for Guernsey Tomatoes arranged by Bill Leeds who was deputy manager for Maypole, I was working there at the time on the deli counter. My husband Jeff Jones was born on Canvey in 1941. we moved to Norfolk some 15 years ago and have enjoyed perusing the Canvey Archives. Jacqueline Jones
