The house above is believed to be the Poplars keer avenue/road? which was the residence of Mr Charles Palmer. The Angerstein children were his constant companions as seen below. It has been said by the Angerstein family that Mr Palmer never married.

Planning for “The Poplars” was approved in June 1932 for T. Palmer with an addition approved in March 1936.
