1910 School Inspection

The 1910 School Inspection was less than complimentary. The main problems being accountable to the lack of size of the school. Canvey had started to grow as a community since 1901, with the help of Mr Hester’s plans. Things will not get better as the community will continue to grow. It will take, however, another ten years before Canvey gets its new “centrally placed” public school.
