In 2019 the nuns and residents of the Anglican Society of the Good Shepherd, who had been buried in a small graveyard in the far corner of the property off Lionel Road, were exhumed and re-interned in the Willows Cemetery in Northwick Road.
Members of the archive were at the service in the September of that year. It had been hoped that last year a memorial plaque would have been erected on the new burial site but that had to be postponed because of the pandemic. It is hoped this will go ahead later this year.
On a recent outing I ventured down to the cemetery and took photos for our records.
