Princess Anne visits Canvey's Coastwatch Station

On the 29th November Princess visited Canvey Island’s National Coastwatch Station. HRH is the Royal Patron of the NCI.  She was greeted by Lord Lieutenant of Essex Jennifer Tolhurst.

Following a tour of the station she was escorted to the Island Yacht Club for presentations of long service awards and unveiling of a plaque to commemorate her visit which we assume will be placed on the station.
