In November 2000 Years 7,8, 9 and Staff took part in a lunchtime sponsored aerobics session to raise money for the leprosy charity LEPRA. After the pupils were told that it takes £21 to cure leprosy they decided to hold a 21 minute aerobics session with the aim of raising £21 but were delighted when their expectations were exceeded.
