Eco Ship passes Canvey.

The ‘Ane Maersk’ is the first of the Maersk shipping company’s large methanol-enabled vessels. It is also at the moment the world’s second such container vessel. It entered into service at the beginning of February and will be sailing the route between Asia and Europe. It’s design differs from other container ships because the bridge and accommodation is placed right at the front of the ship.
