Old picture postcard

No date on this card as someone has removed the stamp and postmark. It was locally published by Westcliff Bell’s Photo Co.  Obviously taken post 1953 as this is the wall built following the flood. We can also see the chapman lighthouse in the distance so it is pre 1958 when it was dismantled which narrows the timeline. The card is also interesting because it was bought by a visitor from France.
