I am sure a lot of you will recognise the shop that is now a carpet shop on the corner of Waarden Road. It has been many things in the past. I remember it as a toy shop, I know it used to be Fletcher’s Drapers, as we can see pictures of it in the 1953 floods. But this seems to be earlier and it is Ingram and Fletcher, Drapers and Stationers. Do you remember this? Do you know when this was? Please comment below
