This photo was taken in the mid 1950s probably by Joe Overs. In the centre are CIUDC councillors Mrs Fisk(Con) and Mr Mason(Lab) and to the right are Mrs Hebe Bevan and a young Nigel Bevan. Ah yes! The foreground is full of dahlias. Can anybody identify any of the other people in the picture?
