You can just make out the two vehicles on the left. A cart of some kind and the motor vehicle looks like a right charabanc and it looks like it has boxes or something on the roof.
At first this picture did not seem to show much but if the lighting had been better it would have been a great picture. But look closely at the enlargements below.

That’s possibly the ‘old’ Canvey Club which I’ve mentioned before. It was on the right hand side on the opposite side of the road to where Gwendalen Avenue is now. I’m trying to make out the building in the distance but I can’t enlarge the photo.

You won’t be able to enlarge it. I have the photo and there is no way you will get a better image. It is just too far away.

This is a lovely view if the area where I grew up. Just passed the group of trees was my grandfathers greengrocers shop on the right. The building in the distance is Ootons without the “H”. But at the time of this photo it was a haberdashers.
