The goalkeeper is my old friend Robert Large, who lived in Goirle Avenue. I think they drew with Benfleet Junior School in the Benfleet Shield Final that year (I think it was 1957 )and the schools shared the shield. Mr. Hall is also seated with the team. I was in the team that won the Benfleet Shield 3 years later.
